Sagar Group is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Printer/Copier Service Technician to join our team .This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with their hands, solving problems, and working independently.

You’ll be responsible for servicing, repairing, installing, relocating, keeping device records and deploying Brother Printers and multifunction devices.

Key Responsibilities :

1.  Install, configure, and maintain Brother Printers and related devices.
2.  Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
3.  Perform regular printer servicing, repair, and preventive maintenance.
4.  Handle laser and inkjet printer troubleshooting and repairs.
5.  Provide on-site technical support to customers as required.
6.  Identify technical issues and provide effective and timely solutions.
7.  Maintain proper records of service visits, repairs, and replaced parts.
8.  Coordinate with the team for spare parts and technical support.
9.  Ensure professional customer handling and service satisfaction.
10.  Travel to customer locations for field service and technical support.

Qualifications :

1.  Education: Higher Secondary (+2)
2.  Experience: 2–3 years
3.  Technical Knowledge: Brother MFP Printer servicing
4.  Immediate joiner’s preferred
